URY is an open-source product built on the ERPNext/Frappe framework. Support is available through the ERPNext community forum, through ERPNext/Frappe partners who may also work with URY, or directly via Tridz at [email protected].

For ongoing support, users may need a commercial arrangement with one of these service providers.

While anyone can raise issues through the URY/ERPNext ticket channels, URY is still an early-stage product. For any production deployment or operational use, it is strongly recommended to have experienced ERPNext/Frappe experts involved—either on the company’s payroll or via an official partner—to ensure stability, configuration accuracy, and reliable lifecycle management.
